2. Nature of Services
Our platform provides: • **Claws Signals**: Trading signals, market analysis, and AI-powered radar for educational purposes • **Auto Trading Bot**: Automated trade execution using your connected Binance API keys • **Strategy Marketplace**: A platform for creating, sharing, and renting trading strategies ALL SERVICES ARE FOR EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. We do NOT provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitations to buy/sell financial instruments. We are educational tools — not financial advisors.
3. RISK DISCLOSURE & DISCLAIMER (CRITICAL)

4. Auto Trading Specific Terms
When using our Auto Trading Bot: • **YOU retain full control** of your Binance account and API keys • **API keys are stored encrypted** and never shared with third parties • **YOU are responsible** for API key security and fund management • **We execute trades** based on signals, but YOU assume all risks • **System limitations**: Bot performance depends on internet connectivity, exchange APIs, and system uptime • **No liability**: We are not responsible for trading losses, missed trades, API failures, or technical issues • **Emergency controls**: You can revoke API access or disable trading at any time • **Position monitoring**: You should monitor your trades and account balance regularly
5. Strategy Marketplace Terms
Our marketplace allows users to create and rent trading strategies: • **Strategy performance** shown is historical and backtested — not a guarantee of future results • **Platform is a marketplace** — we do not endorse any specific strategy • **Strategy creators** are independent users, not our employees or financial advisors • **Backtest limitations**: Historical results may not reflect live trading conditions due to slippage, fees, and market liquidity changes • **No guarantees**: Renting a strategy does not guarantee profitable outcomes • **Due diligence**: YOU must evaluate strategies independently before use
6. User Responsibility

7. API Key Security
For Auto Trading Bot users: • **API keys are encrypted** using industry-standard encryption • **Keys are never shared** with third parties • **Limited permissions**: Only trading permissions are required (no withdrawal rights) • **YOUR responsibility**: Keep API secret secure and monitor account activity • **Revocation**: You can revoke or change API access at any time • **Liability**: We are not responsible if your API keys are compromised through your own actions
8. No Liability / Limitation of Liability
**0xTGI AND ALL AFFILIATED SERVICES DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY** We are NOT liable for: • **Trading losses** of any amount • **Missed opportunities** or delayed executions • **Technical failures**, system downtime, or API issues • **Third-party problems**: Exchange outages, internet failures, blockchain congestion • **Strategy performance** or marketplace-related losses • **API security breaches** not directly caused by our negligence • **Market volatility** or unpredictable price movements **YOU USE ALL SERVICES ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.** Our maximum liability, if any, is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the last 30 days.
9. No Refunds
ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE: • Subscription fees are non-refundable regardless of usage • Strategy rental fees are non-refundable • Trading losses do not qualify for refunds • Technical issues do not entitle users to refunds • Account termination voids any remaining subscription time without refund By making a payment, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
10. Service Availability
We strive for 24/7 availability but do NOT guarantee uninterrupted service: • **Scheduled maintenance** may temporarily interrupt services • **Technical issues** may cause unexpected downtime • **Third-party dependencies**: Telegram, Binance APIs, cloud providers may experience outages • **Force majeure**: Internet infrastructure failures, power outages, or other external factors **We are not responsible for losses caused by service interruptions.** We will make reasonable efforts to minimize downtime and provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance when possible.
11. Prohibited Actions & Termination
Immediate termination for: • **Unauthorized access** or system interference • **Fraud, impersonation, or illegal activities** • **Sharing or reselling** our content without permission • **Reverse engineering** our systems or algorithms • **Commercial use** without written approval • **Market manipulation** or exploiting system bugs • **Violation** of exchange terms of service through our platform **Terminated accounts forfeit all subscription time and are not eligible for refunds.** Users bear full legal responsibility for violations.
12. Age Requirement
**YOU MUST BE 18+ TO USE OUR SERVICES.** By using our platform, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. Users under 18 are prohibited from accessing any part of our services.
13. Privacy & Data
We handle your data as follows: • **API keys**: Encrypted and stored securely, never shared • **Trading data**: Used for service operation and performance tracking • **Personal information**: Minimal collection, primarily Telegram ID for communication • **Data retention**: Account and trading history preserved according to our privacy policy • **No selling**: We do not sell user data to third parties
